Insurance
I do not accept any insurance nor am I on any insurance providers lists. Services may be partially or fully covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, depending on your out of network benefits. Upon request, I can provide a monthly statement (typically called a “Superbill”) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
I recommend calling your insurance company and inquiring directly about your coverage for out of network mental health provider coverage.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session for out of network providers?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Rates and Cancellation Policy

$140 per 50 minute session for individuals
Payments accepted: Credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a session less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or don’t show up (“no show”) to the scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the session in full.
***Please note that if you are running late to our session, please call or text me.
I will wait 15 minutes after the start of our appointment before I bill for a no show.
