I am only accepting clients with Kaiser/Northern California or Cigna insurances through the clinic I work for, Allminds. You can contact them directly to find out the process at  support@allminds.io 

Otherwise, I am no longer accepting private practice clients.
Rates are $90 per 50 minutes sessions for individuals
