About Me

Paul Wright, MS, LMFT 147766

I am direct, honest, curious, compassionate and eclectic
I am direct, honest, curious, compassionate and eclectic while keeping a sense of humor.
I am interested in your life story and appreciate your perspective about who you are and your expertise about your life, where you’ve been and where you think you want to go.
In our work together, I take a holistic approach to personal growth and change, healing and empowerment and will provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for you to be who you need to be in that session and guide you in a process of healing and growth, while reminding you of your strengths and emphasizing self-compassion at every step. It is important that I offer clients a sacred space to share, authentic connection, with honest and direct communication. I believe in your inherent wisdom and power, that repair and healing already lie within you. You may surprise yourself !

In taking a holistic approach, we can work to heal and integrate the different parts of yourself in order to move forward and change your thinking and behaviors to work for you instead of against you. By changing your thoughts, behaviors and perspective about yourself, others and the world, you will develop healthier ways to cope with whatever challenges you may be facing to support you in living your most authentic life.

I offer an eclectic mix of approaches and theories including existential, humanistic, feminist, family systems, narrative, somatic, solution focused and psychodynamic.
